Penerangan CUThis Competency Unit title describes the competency in Inbound People Basic Management. He / She is responsible in coaching, motivating, building teamwork and managing conflict within teams.
The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to Update information to inbound team, provide coaching to the inbound team, lead inbound team, recruit inbound team, review and monitor inbound team performance, schedule inbound team working shift, engage with inbound team, superior and client, manage self and inbound team’s time and tasks, and build relationship between peers and others. The outcome of this competency enables the Team Leader to manage people effectively towards achieving business goals.
