| Penerangan CU | Material Take-Off (MTO) is the process of analysing drawings and determining information and details of all the materials required to accomplish the design. In engineering and construction, the term refers to a list of materials with quantities and types, grades of materials and the weight of such materials that are required to produce a bill of material (BOM). The information, which includes detailed descriptions, cost and quantity of each item of the required materials, for the project is also referred to as the procurement and requisition of materials. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to study work instruction, prepare working tools requirement, estimate pipes and components quantity, perform “Material Take-Off” on piping drawing and submit completed “Material Take-Off” to superior for confirmation. The outcome of this competency is to provide a person in preparing piping Material Take-Offin accordance with company policy and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent inpiping material take-off preparation shall be able to provide detail information of piping material in piping drawing (produce a bill of material (BOM)) to avoid mistake in actual material usage calculation.
