| Penerangan CU | OSV Safety and Quality Assurance Management is a set of processes undertaken to ensure the state of readiness of OSV to fulfil owner, charterers, and stakeholders legal and commercial requirement. The person who poses the working knowledge and competent in safety, security, quality management standard. At the same time posses Knowledge on the various SOP and best practices in ensuring structured approaches is applied on all procedures and processes are delivered meeting the expectation of stakeholders. He/she must be able to verify and assess the level of compliance to the SOP and standards required by the stakeholders. The outcome of this competency unit is to ensure commercial operations of the OSV are executed in a smooth, safe and secure manner. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this competency unit is to ensure that the personnel is able to manage and ensure vessel readiness by assuring her safety and quality in accordance to company, charterer, statutory requirements. In particular the trainees will be able to: 1. Plan OSV operations execution in accordance to company, charterer, statutory requirements and industry best practices 2. Manage OSV HSE KPI and HSE Plan 3. Control management of change process and recommendations 4. Manage OSV non-routine maintenance 5. Manage continual crew competency and human resource development 6. Manage accident/incident investigation 7. Execute emergency response plan 8. Manage identified risks and mitigation strategies |
