Penerangan CUHalal Poultry Slaughterhouse and Processing Planning describe the competency to fulfils the customer orders requirements without jeopardizing the halal system.

A competent person in this CU shall be able to study poultry standard parts cutting needs, plan halal slaughtering process operations essential, handle halal slaughtering process cycle and monitor organizational and regulatory halal procedures, and retain customer relationship

The outcome of this competency is to meet with customers demand and at the same time maintaining that halal slaughtering process that according to latest Malaysian Halal Standard 1500 and Malaysian Protocol for the Halal Meat and Poultry Productions.





To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to be a practising Muslim, fully understands the fundamental rules and condition related to slaughter of animal in Islam and overall procedures of halal slaughtering process.
