| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in public cleansing operation administration. He or she is the person who is responsible to administer public cleansing operation according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify operations administration function requirements, provide input to update service information, carry out operation administrative function activities and produce operation administration report. The outcome of this competency is schedule completed on time, staff administrative matters such as overtime and leave are taken care of and reports are prepared based on management requirement and timely submission. Subordinates welfare is handled accurately. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out public cleansing operations administration tasks including operations schedule preparation, provide input for inventory data updates, identification requirement of consumable, distribution of consumable, staff claims verification, overtime coordination, staff welfare and contractors administration and monitoring. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to : Identify operations administration function requirements Provide input to update service information Carry out operations administrative function activities Produce operation administration report |
