| Penerangan CU | Advertising and Promotion Project Management is a process to organize the components of A&P projects such as launching of new product/services, marketing campaign. Advertising and Promotion Project Management involves planning, organizing, securing, managing, leading, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals. The project could be involving a product / services new launch/ prelaunch, marketing campaign, event and etc. It is out of the advertiser’s normal business operation, temporary created, specific and typically created once. It normally involves limited / assigned or budgeted funds that only involved specific group of members. The process normally starts with a brief that helps to define the project, follow by planning, execution, control and closure. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to manage a project for its client or the company that he/she is working for. The project that is being managed should be going thru the 5 processes i.e project definition, planning, execution, control and closure. The outcome of this competency is to determine the success in executing the assigned project, achieving its intended objectives by following the processes in accordance with client brief, company policy and legislative requirement. |
