Penerangan CUSupervisory function is a list of competency for personnel in their field of work to supervise and coordinate work implementation according to their working environment and adhering to company policies, procedure, rules and regulations.

The personnel who are competent in the supervisory function must be able to monitor work progress, conduct section briefing, perform staff training, provide staff appraisal, implement safety measures, perform customer and inter departmental liaison, prepare section budget, and prepare technical report

The outcome of this competency is to achieve productive and efficient production team in the Handmade chocolate production.
