| Penerangan CU | The competency unit title describes the competency in plantation development management. He or she is responsible to manage the overall activities of plantation development process according to organisation procedures and referring to organisation annual target in compliance with rules and regulation required which include OSHA, Pesticide Act, environmental act, MPOB requirements, Jabatan Perhilitan, Jabatan Tanah dan Galian, Local Authority. The person is competent person shall be able to analyse plantation development planning, manage plantation development activities, manage plantation development resources, monitor plantation development progress and prepare plantation development management report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the plantation can be developed follow the organisation procedures and in increasing the crop production target |
