In line with the target of achieving high-income status by 2020, Malaysia should aim to match or even surpass this level. By 2020, it must be move closer to the benchmark of developed economies like the United Kingdom, where the business services sector contributes roughly 20 percent of both GDP and employment and 14 percent of exports, and this goal can only be achieve with the support from sales & marketing personnel.
