Program ini akan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemahiran yang diperlukan dalam jangkamasa 16 bulan untuk memperolehi SKM Tahap 3. Cara pembelajaran merangkumi 30% di Pusat Latihan dan 70% latihan di industri.
