Penerangan CUThis competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in human resource selection management. The role of human resource selection administrator is to perform a human resource selection function in order to achieve organizational objectives.
The person who is competent in human resource selection management will be able to ormulate HR selection policy & procedure, manage HR selection interview, issue employment instruction document, and manage HR selection related test & health screening in accordance with organisational requirement.
The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically.
