| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Production Management. Productions management merely organising, planning and scheduling of production process. Designing work flow chart, personnel work placement, material procurement, enforcing quality assurance plan and promoting sales & marketing activities. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to, Approve Production Schedule, Endorse Timber Drying Schedule, Verify Standard Operating Procedure Documentation, Plan Research and Development Activity and Administer Production Plan. The outcome of this competency is to prepare he/she to maintain an efficient production process with a workforce that can readily adapt to new equipment and schedules. |
