The person who is competent in building electrical maintenance shall be able to identify building finishes maintenance requirement, prepare building finishes maintenance tools, equipment and material, repair building finishes and report building finishes maintenance work The outcome of this competency is to ensure acceptable quality and within specific time frame of building electrical maintenance work according to work order and regulatory body requirement The personnel who is competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: - PW2 |
