| Penerangan CU | ARFF training and emergency exercise management describes an activity to conduct staff theory training and firefighting drill plus completing annual personnel performance evaluation. Besides, he is also responsible to manage emergency exercise involving other divisions, external agencies and relevant organisations. Training involves all aspects of fire-fighting operations, including: aircraft rescue and fire-fighting, structural fire-fighting, hazardous materials operations, related emergency medical services, media handling and next of kin management. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct staff training, conduct ARFF drill, conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and conduct emergency exercise. The outcome of this CU is to ensure the best training and exercise methodology has been delivered and all members receive the required training in order to perform their duties in accordance with Airport Service Manual Part 7. |
