| Penerangan CU | Search and rescue operation management describes a competency to manage the whole operation team. It is the leader’s job to ensure the safety of the teams, civilians and property in an emergency situation. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to respond to emergency notification, organise fire fighting team, manage search and rescue operation, verify emergency situation and status and conduct debriefing with fire fighting team. The outcome of this CU is to manage team members and the operation so that the operation runs smoothly with minimal damage. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to perform routines work whenever no emergency happened and also supervising subordinates. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Respond to emergency notification. 2. Organise fire fighting team. 3. Manage search and rescue operation. 4. Verify emergency situation and status. 5. Conduct debriefing with fire fighting team. |
