The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out fire prevention inspection preparation, compile pre inspection information, conduct fire prevention inspection and produce fire prevention inspection report. The outcome of this CU is to ensure all buildings and structures are safe to occupy from a fire and life safety code standpoint according to Fire Services Act 1988, Uniform Building By Laws 1984, Performance Based Approach (PBA) guidelines and OSHA 1994. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to ensure all buildings and structures are safe to occupy from a fire and life safety code standpoint according to Fire Services Act 1988, Uniform Building By Laws 1984, Performance Based Approach (PBA) guidelines and OSHA 1994. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Carry out fire prevention inspection preparation. 2. Compile pre inspection information. 3.
