| Penerangan CU | Fire fighting shift routine supervision describes a competency to fulfill the requirement of a crew commander in a shift. They need to supervise their subordinate in performing tasks. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to coordinate shift hand over, perform fire and hazmat truck inspection, supervise plant’s firefighting equipment inspection, supervise firefighting and hazmat equipment functionality test, lead training program activity and lead physical self-fitness activities. The outcome of this CU is to perform routines work whenever no emergency happened and also supervising subordinates. |
