| Penerangan CU | Competency Overview: Validate steel structure port equipment maintenance describe the competency of assessing, rectifying, and verifying the integrity and compliance of steel structural components in port equipment through inspections, surveys, regulatory alignment, and load testing procedures. 1. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to • Analyse structure assessment report; • Comply structure regulation and standards requirement; and • Prepare regulatory inspection requirement. 2. The outcome of this CU is the ability to Manage steel structure maintenance in port equipment by analysing defects, executing rectification plans, ensuring compliance with safety standards, verifying post-repair integrity, and documenting regulatory inspections to uphold operational safety and structural reliability. 3.
