| Penerangan CU | Competency Overview: Validate electrical and control system port equipment maintenance describes the competency of ensuring electrical and control system reliability through risk assessment, maintenance planning, data analysis, cost optimisation, and performance improvement. 1. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to • Validate electrical and control system risk assessment; • Analyse electrical and control system operation and maintenance data; • Optimise electrical and control system maintenance cost; • Conduct electrical and control system project management; • Evaluate electrical and control system lifespan; and • Facilitate electrical and control system training and development. 2. The outcome of this CU is the ability to Manage electrical and control system port equipment maintenance through risk analysis, performance monitoring, root cause resolution, and strategic planning to ensure operational efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement. 3.
