Anticipate Food & Beverage (F&B) revenue describe the management of financial performance by analysing data, managing costs, reviewing expenses, and assessing profit and loss statements.

1. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to
• Analyse F&B financial data;
• Manage Cost of Goods Sold (COGS);
• Analyse Operating Expenses (OPEX); and
• Review the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.

2. The outcome of this CU can

Employs strategic forecasting and analysis to anticipate revenue. Ensuring the Food and Beverage (F&B) financial strategic targets are met from the budgeting business plans. Anticipating the P&L and cost for the organisational establishment.
