| Penerangan CU | Produce piping special requirements 3D modelling design describes the competencies to develop three-dimensional representation of the piping system within a digital plant environment for projects that include special requirements such as. high-temperature, cryogenic, underground, vibration-sensitive, and hazardous service piping. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to determine piping special requirements, create piping 3D model, integrate 3D models and generate piping drawings. The outcome of this CU is development of a complete, accurate, and clash-free 3D piping model which is fully aligned with project specifications, special requirements, design standards, and the latest P&IDs. This allows for effective inter-discipline coordination, supports the generation of key deliverables and acts as a reliable reference for design reviews. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to develop three-dimensional representation of the piping system within a digital plant environment for projects that include special requirements such as. high-temperature, cryogenic, underground, vibration-sensitive, and hazardous service piping. The process ensures accurate spatial coordination, adherence to design specifications, and clash-free integration with other disciplines such as civil, structural, electrical, and instrumentation. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Determine piping special requirements. 2. Create piping 3D model. 3. Integrate 3D models. 4. Generate piping drawings. |
