| Penerangan CU | Produce interior design BIM models describes the production of BIM models for interior design projects. It involves setting up BIM templates, developing accurate 3D parametric models and applying material, component, and system data in accordance with project requirements. The unit emphasizes the use of BIM platforms for coordination, data integration and clash detection with other disciplines. Work includes maintaining version control, adhering to modelling standards and exporting BIM outputs for collaboration, submission and project documentation purposes. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to apply BIM projects standards, create 2D interior design drawings, generate 3D interior design BIM modelling and update interior design 2D drawings. The outcome of this CU is the production of accurate parametric BIM models for interior design projects that comply with industry standards, integrate with multidisciplinary coordination and support documentation, submission and project delivery requirements. |
