| Penerangan CU | Produce interior measured drawings describes the end-to-end process of producing interior measured drawings based on actual site dimensions and existing conditions. It is undertaken at the preliminary stage of a renovation or design upgrade to document the current spatial configuration accurately. Activities include conducting precise interior measurements, drafting scaled CAD drawings, verifying site conditions with stakeholders and finalising measured drawing packages. This ensures reliable base information for interior design planning, regulatory compliance and coordination with consultants and contractors. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct interior spatial measurements, draft measured floor plan, draft measured elevations drawing and draft measured sections drawings. The outcome of this CU is the production of accurate and verified interior measured drawings that represent existing site conditions for use in interior design planning and documentation. |
