| Penerangan CU | Produce as-built drawings describes the accurate production of interior design as-built drawings based on verified site changes and contractor mark-ups during or after construction completion. Carried out at the project close-out phase, this process ensures that final documentation reflects actual built conditions for record keeping, facility management and future modifications. It involves reviewing mark-ups, updating layouts and schedules and compiling documentation in accordance with project standards. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to review site construction drawing, conduct interior site measurements, record interior as-built condition, draft as-built drawings and revise technical and material schedules. The outcome of this CU is generation of a complete and accurate as-built interior design documentation that reflects verified site conditions and complies with project handover requirements. |
