The person who is competent in this CU should be able to monitor steam boiler repair work, perform steam boiler defect inspection, conduct Non-Destructive Test (NDT) review process, arrange steam boiler pressure part repairs, arrange non-pressure part repair activities and witness pressure test after steam boiler repair process. The outcome of this CU is the ability to effectively coordinate boiler repair activities, ensuring that repairs are properly executed, integrity is restored, and system performance and safety are upheld thus contributing to operational continuity and compliance in alignment with regulatory and operational standards. |
