| Penerangan CU | Perform lift, escalator and walkalator management activities describes effectively manage safety compliance, field installation, field testing, field maintenance, training, and the supervision of competent persons (Grade 2 & 3), must strategically plan, execute, monitor, and continuously improve processes, ensuring adherence to standards, efficient resource allocation, and the development and oversight of skilled personnel to achieve operational excellence and minimize risks. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to manage safety compliance, manage field installation, manage field testing, manage field maintenance, conduct training and supervise competent person grade 2 & 3. The outcome of this CU is effectively managing safety compliance, field work, training, and the supervision of competent persons (Grade 2 & 3) in a safe, efficient, and high-quality operational environment with minimized risks, enhanced productivity, extended equipment lifespan and a highly skilled workforce, leading to overall business success and regulatory adherence. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to effectively manage lift, escalator, and walkalator operations by overseeing safety compliance, field installation, testing, maintenance, training, and the supervision of competent persons (Grade 2 & 3). They will be able to strategically plan, execute, monitor, and improve processes to ensure regulatory adherence, efficient resource use, high-quality work, skilled workforce development, risk reduction, and enhanced equipment performance, contributing to overall operational excellence.
