They will be capable of submitting complete reports promptly to DOSH, recommending and implementing corrective actions, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders, contributing to the prevention of similar incidents, improved safety management, and the promotion of a proactive safety culture. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Prepare incident/ accident investigation requirement. 2. Implement investigation approach. 3.
