| Penerangan CU | Perform Patient Care Activities describes the tasks involved in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of patients before, during and after dialysis treatment. This includes monitoring patient comfort, assisting with hygiene, positioning, vital signs and dietary needs and providing emotional support under the supervision of qualified healthcare personnel. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to receive patient, measure patient weight, height and vital signs, carry out patient comfort care and carry out patient mobility support. The outcome of this CU is the delivery of consistent and compassionate patient care that contributes to a safe and supportive dialysis environment, enhances patient comfort and supports the clinical team in achieving optimal treatment outcomes. |
