| Penerangan CU | Perform equipment and consumable items preparation describes the skills and tasks required to organise consumables and medical devices for haemodialysis procedures. This includes the preparation, inspection, arrangement, documentation and post-treatment handling of items to ensure they remain safe, functional, ready for use and compliant with clinical and organisational standards. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to prepare consumable items, prepare medical devices and carry out post-HD treatment activities. The outcome of this CU is the consistent availability of clean, safe and properly prepared consumables and devices, ensuring uninterrupted dialysis treatment and supporting the dialysis team in delivering effective, hygienic and safe patient care. |
