| Penerangan CU | Perform NDT Personnel Qualification and Certification Development describes the competencies required to plan, implement, and maintain qualification and certification programs for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) personnel. This includes aligning programs with international standards such as NAS410 and EN4179, assessing training and experience requirements, and conducting examinations to ensure personnel competence. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to develop qualification frameworks, assess candidate eligibility, prepare and administer certification exams, maintain records, and ensure compliance with applicable certification schemes and regulatory requirements. The outcome of this CU is a structured and compliant NDT personnel qualification and certification system that ensures workforce competency, enhances quality assurance, and meets industry and regulatory standards. |
