The person who is competent in this CU should be able to promote work ethics, handle staff recruitment, conduct staff training, conduct staff wellbeing assessment and evaluate teacher’s performance The outcome of this CU is to foster a cohesive and professional team environment where staff are well-supported, effectively trained, ethically guided and consistently performing to meet preschool objectives. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to manage human resource functions within a preschool setting by implementing ethical practices, recruitment procedures, training programmes, and performance evaluations to ensure a competent and motivated workforce.
