The person who is competent in this CU should be able to administer preschool operation management, organise preschool yearly activities, perform preschool financial and asset management, monitor preschool routine activities verify preschool safety and security and manage pupil’s and staff data. The outcome of this CU is a well-managed preschool environment where operations run smoothly, resources are efficiently utilised, safety is prioritised and accurate data is maintained to support effective decision-making. |
