They also play a key role in supporting the skill development of their team by coordinating training and skill development opportunities to enhance the capabilities of piping drafting subordinates. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to lead drafting team briefing, carry out job distribution, prepare appraisal recommendation and coordinate piping drafting subordinate’s skill development. The outcome of this CU is the ability to lead drafting team briefings, define job responsibilities, prepare appraisal recommendations, and coordinate piping drafting subordinate’s skill development in accordance with company policy and procedure. |
