| Penerangan CU | Produce Process Piping Drawings is an essential activity that involves developing Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID). These drawing are based on information provided by process engineers and are translated into detailed drawings by drafters. PFD and P&ID serve as key process drawings that are critical references for all engineering disciplines including instrumentation and control, electrical, rotating equipment, and static equipment. These drawings ensure proper coordination and integration across all aspects of the engineering design. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to interpret process piping drawings work instruction, prepare process piping drawings requirements, generate process piping drawings, review process piping drawings, and obtain process piping drawings approval. The outcome of this CU is the ability to produce P&ID drawings and generate detailed process layouts. This involves applying relevant piping design standards, appropriate symbols, and ensuring the incorporation of safety and operational features in line with the project specifications. Additionally, all work is carried out in accordance with process piping drawing standard. |
