| Penerangan CU | Develop civil work BIM model describes the competencies required to perform civil modelling work using Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools for the development of accurate, coordinated, and constructible civil models. This includes the ability to set up the modelling environment, link reference models, develop civil model based on design intent, coordinate internally, and prepare complete documentation for submission and construction purposes. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to acquire civil project information, author civil BIM model, produce civil BIM model documentation, prepare civil BIM model presentations, verify civil BIM model compliance and collaborate civil BIM model deliverables. The outcome of this CU is a fully developed and coordinated civil BIM model that includes 3D civil model with information, detailed drawings, schedules, and quantities, ready for submission, coordination, and construction purposes. The model shall comply with project requirements, civil design specifications, and applicable BIM standards. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to develop a complete, accurate, and coordinated civil work Building Information Modelling (BIM) model for various civil work scope, including existing ground modelling, earthwork model modelling, road modelling, drainage modelling, water reticulation modelling, sewerage system modelling, components modelling, coordination, and documentation based on project and industry standards. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Acquire civil work information resources. 2. Generate civil work BIM model. 3. Prepare civil work BIM model documentation. 4. Prepare civil work BIM model presentations. 5. Verify civil work BIM model compliance. 6. Collaborate civil work BIM model deliverables. |
