| Penerangan CU | Develop mechanical BIM model describes the competencies required to perform mechanical modelling work using Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools for the development of accurate, coordinated, and constructible mechanical models. This includes the ability to set up the modelling environment, link reference models, develop mechanical model based on design intent, coordinate internally, and prepare complete documentation for submission and construction purposes. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to acquire mechanical project information, author mechanical BIM model, produce mechanical BIM model documentation, prepare mechanical BIM model presentations, verify mechanical BIM model compliance and collaborate mechanical BIM model deliverables. The outcome of this CU is a fully developed and coordinated mechanical BIM model that includes mechanical 3D model with information, detailed drawings, schedules, and quantities, ready for submission, coordination, and construction purposes. The model shall comply with project requirements, mechanical design specifications, and applicable BIM standards. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to produce a fully developed and coordinated mechanical BIM model that include mechanical 3D model with information, detailed drawings, schedules, and quantities ready for submission, coordination, construction and as-built record. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Acquire mechanical project information. 2. Author mechanical BIM model. 3. Produce mechanical BIM model documentation. 4. Prepare mechanical BIM model presentations. 5. Verify mechanical BIM model compliance. 6. Collaborate mechanical BIM model deliverables. |
