| Penerangan CU | Develop structural BIM model describes the competencies required to perform structural modelling work using Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools for the development of accurate, coordinated, and constructible structural models. This includes the ability to set up the modelling environment, link reference models, develop structural model based on design intent, model structural reinforcement, coordinate internally, and prepare complete documentation for submission and construction purposes. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to acquire structural project information, author structural BIM model, produce structural BIM model documentation, prepare structural BIM model presentations, verify structural BIM model compliance and collaborate structural BIM model deliverables. The outcome of this CU is a fully developed and coordinated structural BIM model that includes structural 3D model with information, 3D reinforcement, detailed drawings, schedules, and quantities, ready for submission, coordination, and construction purposes. The model shall comply with project requirements, structural design specifications, and applicable BIM standards. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to develop a complete, accurate, and coordinated structural Building Information Modelling (BIM) model for various structural systems, including components modelling, reinforcement modelling, coordination, and documentation based on project and industry standards. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Acquire structural project information. 2. Author structural BIM model. 3. Produce structural BIM model documentation. 4. Prepare structural BIM model presentations. 5. Verify structural BIM model compliance. 6. Collaborate structural BIM model deliverables. |
