| Penerangan CU | Develop architectural BIM model describes the competencies required to perform architectural modelling work using Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools for the development of accurate, coordinated, and constructible architectural models. This includes the ability to set up the modelling environment, link reference models, develop architectural model based on design intent, coordinate internally and prepare complete documentation for submission and construction purposes. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to acquire architectural project information, author architectural BIM model, produce architectural BIM model documentation, prepare architectural BIM model presentations, verify architectural BIM model compliance and collaborate architectural BIM model deliverables. The outcome of this CU is a fully developed and coordinated architectural BIM model that includes architectural 3D model with information, detailed drawings, schedules, and quantities, ready for submission, coordination, and construction purposes. The model shall comply with project requirements, architectural design specifications, and applicable BIM standards. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable trainees to produce a fully developed and coordinated architectural BIM model, which includes a 3D architectural model with embedded information, detailed drawings, schedules, and quantities – ready for submission, coordination, construction, and handover purposes. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Acquire architectural project information. 2. Author architectural BIM model. 3. Produce architectural BIM model documentation. 4. Prepare architectural BIM model presentations. 5. Verify architectural BIM model compliance. 6. Collaborate architectural BIM model deliverables. |
