This includes routine inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, calibration of control systems, and updates of software and firmware, all aimed at minimising downtime, optimising performance, and enhancing the safety and efficiency of electronic operations. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to inspect electronic system, carry out electronic system preventive maintenance, carry out electronic system maintenance, calibrate electronic control system and update electronic control system software and firmware. The outcome of this CU is the successful maintenance and repair of electronic systems, resulting in improved system reliability, enhanced operational performance, and increased equipment lifespan. |
