| Penerangan CU | Execute port machinery technical & safety compliance describes about the personnel engaged in the maintenance and repair of port machinery that are tasked with executing technical and safety compliance standards and guidelines. The personnel are responsible for maintaining their own safety and that of their colleagues by employing safe work practices and adhering to established compliance standards and regulations. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out work safety preparation, inspect safety interlock functionality, conduct lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, prepare safety documentation, maintain tools safety operation and maintain safety practices and procedures. The outcome of this CU is an enhancement of workplace safety, a reduction in the risk of incidents or near misses, and the cultivation of a culture of compliance and accountability. This instills a strong sense of ownership in the operation of port machinery, thereby contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of port maintenance and repair operations. |
