| Penerangan CU | Perform lift, escalator and walkalator supervision activities describes the competency in overseeing field workers, managing skills development, conducting performance evaluations and enhancing quality systems within an organisation. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct communication activities, coordinate Permit to Work (PTW) application, coordinate workplace safety, conduct on job training and coaching, conduct subordinate performance review and implement quality system requirement. The outcome of this CU is to ensure that individuals are proficient in overseeing field workers, managing skills development, conducting performance evaluations and enhancing quality systems within an organisation. This competency ensures that supervisors can maintain high standards of operational efficiency, foster continuous improvement and uphold organisational quality and safety standards through a systematic and proactive approach. |
