| Penerangan CU | Coordinate lift, escalator and walkalator maintenance works describes the process of coordinating and ensuring equipment availability and serviceability for operational needs, escalator require constant maintenance or servicing in order to perform as expected during operations and comply with regulatory requirements. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct safety induction, organize maintenance works, monitor maintenance works and prepare maintenance works report. The outcome of this CU is to enable personnel to coordinate lifts maintenance requirements according to maintenance schedule and complying with regulatory requirements. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to ensure lift, escalator and walkalator system is maintained and operation in good condition. Proper coordination is required to achieve optimal performance and compliance to local authorities’ requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Conduct safety induction. 2. Organize maintenance works. 3. Monitor maintenance activities. 4. Prepare maintenance works report. |
