| Penerangan CU | Coordinate lift, escalator and walkalator testing and commissioning works describes the process of monitoring, managing, verifying and ensuring the proper implementation of all necessary activities required to test and repair lift, escalator and walkalator system into operation. It involves ensuring that the lift, escalator and walkalator meets all the technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements before it is made available for public use. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to coordinate lift, escalator and walkalator pre-testing requirement, assess car performance, assess mechanical adjustment works, verify signal fixtures functionality test results, verify lift safety gear test results, verify lift landing door operations, verify lift load test results, verify escalator and moving walk testing work and verify UCMP and ACOP test result. The outcome of this CU is to ensure that the lift system is fully functional, safe, and compliant with relevant national safety standards and building regulations. It also verifies that the lift operates according to the manufacturer's specifications and can safely carry passengers or goods. |
