| Penerangan CU | Coordinate lift, escalator and walkalator installation works describes the competency required to oversee the entire process of planning, managing, and supervising the installation of lift, escalator and walkalator in a building or facility. This includes ensuring that the installation is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant standards, codes, and regulations. The coordinator is responsible for managing various tasks such as scheduling, communication with stakeholders, quality control, safety, and ensuring that the final installation meets the required specifications and functions correctly. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct safety induction, coordinate mobilization of materials, tools and manpower, verify lift shaft, lift motor room and escalator and walkalator pit condition and monitor installation progress. The outcome of this CU is to ensure proper project implementations are executed according to project and safety requirements. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to manage the installation of lift, escalator, and walkalator systems effectively while ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing installation teams, and solving any technical challenges that arise during the process. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Conduct safety induction. 2. Coordinate mobilization of materials, tools and manpower. 3. Verify lift shaft, lift motor room and escalator and walkalator pit condition. 4. Monitor installation progress. |
