Proper lift maintenance helps prevent breakdown of the lift, reduce risk of accident and extend the lifespan of for mechanical, electrical and electronic components. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to perform lift servicing, troubleshoot lift breakdown and rescue mantrap and perform lift repair and adjustment works. The outcome of this CU is to ensure that lift system is maintain and operational in the original condition. Proper maintenance as required to achieve optimum performance and compliance to local authorities requirement. |
