| Penerangan CU | Perform Lift Testing and Commissioning describes the process of verifying the performance, safety, and functionality of the lift system through a series of tests. These tests are carried out after the lift is installed but before it is officially handed over for use. The goal of lift testing is to ensure that all systems, mechanical, electrical, and safety features, work as intended according to specifications and requirements as per statutory code requirements for operational mode. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct lift pre-testing preparation, inspect lift motor room equipment, perform mechanical adjustment works and conduct lift safety components and performance test. The outcome of this CU is the ability to test lift functionality and safe operation to ensures the lift is safe, fully functional, and ready for use. It confirms that all components are working correctly, meets regulatory standards, and minimizes the risk of operational issues once the lift is in service. Proper testing and commissioning help ensure long-term reliability, safety, and efficiency of the lift system. |
