This ensures that the project begins with a solid foundation, supported by clear communication and effective planning. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to identify drawing and pre-computation plan, conduct work program activities, conduct Project Quality Plan (PQP) activities and conduct Method of Statement (MOS) activities. |
