The person who is competent in this unit should be able to carry out installation hazard identification, carry out hazardous substance risk assessment, carry out individual risk assessment and carry out societal risk assessment. The outcome of this unit is strategies for risk control, emergency response planning, and compliance with installation safety standards that contributing to a safer working environment recommended in accordance with regulatory body compliance requirements. |
