| Penerangan CU | Perform automotive powertrain system diagnosis describes competency to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the transmission and related control systems that drive the vehicle including fuel injection, ignition, emissions, and transmission systems—as well as the ability to interpret data from diagnostic tools like OBD-II scanners, multimeters, and oscilloscopes. A competent diagnostician can identify and isolate issues accurately, understand how different powertrain components interact, and apply systematic problem-solving. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to diagnose automatic transmission / transaxle electrical system, diagnose Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT) electrical system and diagnose Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) electrical system. The outcome of this CU is vehicle that shifts smoothly, operates efficiently, and performs reliably under all driving conditions that the transmission functions as intended, with optimal power delivery and fuel efficiency, reducing the likelihood of future breakdowns, extending the lifespan of transmission components and improving the overall driving experience. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning objective of this competency are to enable the trainees to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues within the transmission and related control systems that drive the vehicle including fuel injection, ignition, emissions, and transmission systems—as well as the ability to interpret data from diagnostic tools like OBD-II scanners, multimeters, and oscilloscopes. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Diagnose automatic transmission / transaxle electrical system. 2.
