The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct client services, conduct products and services quality control, inspect Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliances, check materials receiving activities, prepare job schedule, perform internal communication activities, maintain stock inventory, coordinate tools and equipment maintenance, conduct subordinates’ performance appraisal and conduct on job training/ coaching The outcome of this CU is floral arrangement production supervised to maintain the quality of final products while meeting production targets and customer demand in accordance with company’s SOP. |
